The Answers You Need

Q. Where are you located?

A.  We are physically located in Purcell Estate, however, we do not have  a store front at the moment. Our services are based online and we offer delivery services

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We delivery in the Road Town and surrounding areas. Special arrangements can be made for other delivery requests. Deliveries to Ferry Terminals are included.

Q. How much notice do you require to prepare baskets?

A. Baskets are made to order with a turn around time of 1-2 days depending on the volume and availability of products. Items to be ordered will require 1 week notice. Same day orders and delivery are available. Call or whatsapp us at 1-284-499-2448

Q. Do you offer standing orders?

A. Yes, our new program will help us to organize clients and their personal needs. A gift/basket/flowers or any other items listed on your wish list will be prepared and delivered on the intended day.

Q. What is your notice period for party decorating and /or event planning?

A. At least two (2) weeks notice is preferred for special character or themed parties to allow for shipping. One (1) week if you have all decorating supplies available. Large scale events would require 2-3 months notice. Special rules may apply and exceptions for some events. Give u a call to discuss.
